Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order.

• Window: you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
• How: email express@happypupmanor.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
• Refund: we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
• Condition: items must be unused and in original packaging. Blind bags and mystery packs must be unopened.
• Damaged or wrong item? Email us a photo and we will make it right — no need to ship anything back until we reply.
